To ting er sikre.
What is your favorite beer?
Our favorite beer(s) are Pilsner Urquell (Olof) and London Porter (Olle). Porter is the origin of our interest in beers and London Porter is the most balanced one I've had so far. Just the right alcohol percentage and great aroma and taste. Same goes for Urquell, drinkability at its best.
What is your favorite beer type?
Our favorite beer type is (Olof) Pilsner and lower alcohol pale ales, where the focus is drinkability and balance. For Olle it is Porter and aromatic hoppy beers.
Where do you buy your beer?
In Sweden we only have Systembolaget , however our favourite water hole in Gothenburg is The Rover.
What has been your greatest beer experience?
My (Olof) greatest beer experience was road tripping in Vermont, visiting great breweries. Olle, for me it was Cantillons Quintessence in Belgium a couple of years ago. Both experiences where great eye openers.
What makes beer so great?
For the both of us it is the versatility and the sociable aspect of it. It is great for all occasions. It is also the perfect balance between, sweet, bitterness and sour, very few beverages possess all these qualities.
